The Guesthouse is owner-operated and was launched in 2021 with four mostly identical units. Downstairs units (#1 & #2) have the advantage of easier acces to the garden and parking and avoiding a flight of stairs. Upstairs units (#3 & #4) are perhaps more private and have a little bit of a view in the trees. Either choice and your stay will be basked in natural lighing and surrounded in original art and nature.

What we might lack in amenities, we make up for in style and service. Just let any of our hosts provide what you need to make your stay memorable.

The Dorsey Gardens Guesthouse is surrounded by a tropical garden we planted for our guests to enhance your south Florida experience.

We're three miles from the beach and three minutes from the highway, nestled between a gothic church and museum. The Historic Dorsey Riverbend neighborhood is quiet and welcoming and right in the middle of it all: Las Olas and the Riverfront are both within walking distance but we suggest you take a ride.
